I represent clients in a variety of real estate, financial, and general commercial disputes. I advise parties involved in every aspect of these disputes, including lenders, borrowers and sponsors, property management and development companies, landlords, corporations, and other financial and real estate institutions. My practice ranges from negotiations and workouts in advance of litigation, to all aspects of state and federal litigation including appeals, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
