About Morgan Elmore
I am a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During my time at UA, I was actively involved in Alpha Delta Pi and Beta Alpha Psi, experiences that strengthened my leadership skills, professionalism, and commitment to academic excellence.Following graduation, I gained public accounting experience as an Audit Intern at RSM, where I supported audit and assurance engagements and developed a strong foundation in audit methodologies, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis while working closely with engagement teams.I am currently a Property Accountant at Centennial, where I support the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes for multiple retail properties. My responsibilities include producing monthly and annual financial statements and owner reports, preparing budgets and reforecasts with detailed variance analysis, reconciling CAM, and performing balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
