ABOUT MORGAN CHAPON
Since I’ve been graduated of a University Diploma about Commercial techniques in France and been graduated of BA (hons) concerning Business International/Marketing. I’ve worked for an international company called Steris specialises in the sterilisation of medical instruments for the NHS and private clinics. During this experience, I worked with a small marketing team and I improve my skill of project planning and interpersonal relationships via a project concerning nurturing employees. Also, I use my french nationality and the fact to be bilingual to help and support the British and French teams to make meetings and projects easier to understand and to track the process. After this experience, I decide to join Mortgage Advice Bureau (Derby, head office) in a bigger team, during this role I learnt a lot about marketing content and automation but also about the digitalisation of the market. My main day-to-day task was to support our advisers in their marketing adventures ( website support, creation, social media management, and campaign support).
