As a Special Education Aide at a middle school, I support students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other developmental challenges. My role involves providing individualized assistance to students both in and outside the classroom to ensure they can fully participate in their educational experience.I collaborate closely with teachers and special education staff to implement tailored learning strategies, assist with classroom activities, and adapt materials to meet the unique needs of each student. I also help with behavioral support, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
