I’m a Degree Apprentice Project Manager at Avove Utilities, passionate about problem solving, continuous development and delivering successful outcomes for both people and projects. With a Level 3 in Construction & the Built Environment and a Level 4 HNC in Construction Management, I bring a solid foundation of technical knowledge that I’m now building on through hands-on experience in the utilities sector.I thrive in challenging environments where I can learn, adapt, and grow; not just as a professional, but as part of a team striving for excellence. Leadership has always been a natural strength of mine, having captained football teams throughout my youth and now playing at a semi-professional level. The opportunity to take on responsibility, support others, and make a positive impact drives me.Outside of work, I’m committed to maintaining discipline and balance through fitness and sport, training in the gym six days a week and playing football. This focus on health, resilience and mindset carries through into my career, where I approach every challenge with energy, discipline and determination.My long-term ambition is to continue growing as a project manager and leader, developing the skills needed to manage teams, deliver complex projects and contribute to the growth and success of the company I represent.
