During my internship with ICFTN, I worked on strategizing and implementing marketing content for content, including but not limited to International Coaching Week, ICF Global 30th Anniversary, Pro Bono Coaching, DEIB, Credentialing, and College Student Outreach. I focused on bringing forth new recommendations based on my knowledge of the latest innovative and cutting-edge tactics in the overall fields of marketing and communications, especially those geared toward professional membership associations. I maintained a focus of targeting a younger demographic to help with ICFTN\'s membership growth.My responsibilities included:1. Weekly email summaries sent to the ICFTN Marketing & Communications Director2. Bi-weekly, 45-minute Zoom discussion with the ICFTN Marketing & CommunicationsDirector3. Near the end of the internship, a capstone presentation (via Zoom) to the full ICFTN Board of Directors that captures the contributions I made and the insights I shared
