I thrive orchestrating (anything really) behind the scenes. I’m not musically inclined by any means, but I welcome the challenge to produce seamless operations and “musical harmony”. My professional background beginning in HR/People Operations has provided a solid foundation on understanding how people, processes, and departments in a business work together to achieve the organization’s goals and targeted success. For five (5) years I managed the full-cycle recruiting process for an entire organizational structure (customer service reps, technical developers, C-suite, sales, marketing, etc.) I have gained a strong, boots-on-the-ground understanding of business roles and operations, specifically in a consulting/professional services environment since 2017. In 2022, I transitioned into a Service Delivery Manager role to grow my business acumen of different industries, align client’s business goals with specific IT strategies and coordinate overall day-to-day IT support. I am currently managing a contract portfolio between $1M -$2M and the delivery of multi-tiered IT support teams on Helpdesk, SOC, NOC, IT Asset Management, MECM services, etc. while also improving internal processes & tools. I am excited to see where my career continues to take me. My ultimate career goal is to be a Chief Operations Officer in the professional services/consulting world.
