Toronto, ON, CA

I design and steward the operational infrastructure that enables experimentation, learning, and sustainable growth. Working closely with the CEO, I apply foresight and systems-thinking methodologies to organizational design, program delivery, partnerships, and financial planning. My role focuses on building the scaffolding, processes, decision-making structures, and internal systems, that allows DIA to function as a living experiment: stable enough to support growth, yet flexible enough to pilot new ideas, form fluid partnerships, and evolve organically as a nonprofit consultancy lab and movement. My work includes conducting research, trend-analysis, developing early-stage prototypes for future services, and establishing impact-tracking practices that guide organizational learning and strategic decision-making.

ABOUT MORGAN BATH

I help people understand complex things clearly and then structure them into something usable. My path has moved through studio arts, nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and graduate research in Strategic Foresight and Innovation. What\'s stayed consistent across all of it is a drive toward knowledge accessibility: making sure that ideas, whether they\'re about systems change, organizational strategy, or long-term futures, don\'t stay theoretical.I\'ve facilitated workshops, led community engagement across 450+ person networks, managed international conferences, and contributed to government innovation labs. But more than any title, I\'m interested in the translation work: taking complexity and turning it into something a room full of people can actually move with.
