ABOUT MORGAN ALFREJD

As a visionary Art Director with a passion for creativity, I specialize in crafting brand identities and logos that resonate, having built iconic designs for industry leaders like Mediaocean, Flashtalking, and now Protected by Mediaocean. With a deep understanding of user-centered design, I lead the Mediaocean creative team to deliver thoughtful, strategic solutions that not only meet business objectives but also connect with people on a human level. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Information Design and Strategy at Northwestern University, with an expected graduation in Spring of 2025. This program has deepened my understanding of user experience, data visualization, and communication models, equipping me with the tools to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also strategically informed. I’m learning to combine design thinking, analytics, and business strategy to craft more impactful, data-driven experiences that solve real-world problems. I believe that creativity and leadership are inseparable. Through a combination of high conceptual and human skills, I empower teams to think outside the box, innovate, and confidently take on ambitious projects. My goal is to create impactful, people-focused designs while fostering collaboration and growth. Driven by a desire to inspire, mentor, and shape the future of design, I see each project as an opportunity to transform how brands communicate their values and stories to the world. I’m constantly learning, growing, and refining my leadership and creative strategies, with the ultimate goal of becoming a transformative leader in the creative industry.
