Hi my name is Morgan Alexander! As a first-generation college student at the University of Washington, I\'m motivated by the belief that equitable healthcare systems can change the trajectory of people\'s lives. My academic and research experiences have pushed me towards interests in epidemiology, statistical outcomes, and understanding how economic systems shape health outcomes and equity. I\'m also interested in occupational health and workplace safety management. I care about work that lets me see tangible impact; working with people, understanding their needs, and building solutions that fit real-world contexts. Whether that means engaging directly with communities, supporting health programs, or helping organizations make data-informed decisions. Long-term, I hope to work in a people-centered position where I can help improve health and safety outcomes.

   Dec 2025 — Present

   Overseeing all chapter recruitment operations- Leads the CROWN team (Continue Recruiting Outstanding Women Now), managing COB (Continuous Open Biding) throughout the academic year.(40 women)- Responsible for planning and running primary recruitment which includes five days of workshops, training members on values-based recruitment, and programming- Serve as the head of recruitment during primary recruitment season and managing the COB team to ensure year round chapter growth.
