After graduating in engineering I was hired as Quality Engineer at the Black & Decker factory of Perugia, professional tools section (DeWalt brand) and I was given the opportunity to learn and put into practice the Lean Six Sigma. Here, in the first year I worked in the quality of suppliers, becoming the single point of contact for the management of non-compliance, waste and returns. I then took charge of the audits (Quality Audits and Technical Assesments) and at the same time I was given the industrialization of new products. In 2010 I became a consultant for DeWalt Industrial Tools. The industrialized products are the following : Pavement Braker D25980, D25960 and D25961 Demolition Hammers, DW718 Miter Saw, Miter Saw D27113. I currently work at ISA as Lean Six Sigma Trainer.
