ABOUT MORAGGI ERNESTO
Mr Moraggi started his career in 1989 in Procter & Gamble where he spent 11 years in various fields such as Logistic, Distribution, Production; in 1994 he became responsible of the HR Dept. and in 1998 got the responsibility of a Business Unit, completing in this way his experience as Operational Leader of a multinational company.Since he headed the HR Dept of Blu, and from 2001 the HR and Organization Department of H3G, participating actively to the start up of the company. In this experience he planned and implemented all the HR processes and policies that effectively supported the start up and the development of the company. From 2008 in Unilever he headed the position of HR VP for Italy, Greece and Portugal. Since 2011 he started a new experience as a consultant and, involving other two Senior Mgrs, he established Peiras s.r.l.(consulting firm) for Strategic, Organizational, and Corporate Finance Matters. Since 2012 he is covering the responsibility of the HRED in Teamsystem. In January 2021 he left the operative role of the HRD starting a new experience as Senior Advisor.
