Providing HR Business Partnering to all 7 ( WtE (Waste to Energy) sites in UK as the lead HR. Contribute as part of the Senior Management Team in UK and Corporate HQ. Strategic input into the company\'s Global Business Strategy. Create Best HR practices on all sites.Full support for all HR, Payroll, Pension on UK sites. Responsible for the People Plan.Provides business partnering in the areas of employee relations, management training and development, talent-acquisition, benefit and pension programs, as well as employment policies, practices, and governance. Hands-on recruitment involvement for local UK.POA for all contract signing including suppliers, contractors, HR and employment contracts for all UK sites.Responsible for all UK benefits programs, pension schemes and the regional HR employment policies and practices. Approver of recruitment programs, accounts and spendature for sites.Proactively communicates trends and metrics associated with these programs to ensure that they remain fit for purpose internally as well as in compliance in the local marketplaces.Key contributor to global HR programs, including Talent-Development, Organizational Design, Talent-Management, Metrics and Analytics and Total Rewards. Provides strategic input and participation in HR projects and business initiatives.Responsibility for all HR contracts, policies and procedures.
