   Manage all direct and indirect spend for NeoGraf Solutions manufacturing facilities including off-shore contract manufacturers. • Lead team to establish a new contract manufacturing partner in China allowing NeoGraf to improve service & lead time to key customers in growing strategic market segment. • Integrated a new indirect procurement and expense system, Coupa, into legacy ERP system helping to modernize the procure-to-pay process and giving functional budget owners real time and actionable spend visibility.• Executed multi-year consignment supply contract with strategic supplier to ensure our supply and cost position and to preserve cash flow. • Lead evaluation and qualification efforts for new suppliers and manufacturing partners. Extensive travel to Asia to visit suppliers and customers to negotiate specifications, price and volume allowing NeoGraf to expand product portfolio in growing market segment. • Established a Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) process & cadence to provide the business with visibility to forecasted customer demand to ensure adequate material & labor availability and production readiness.
