Take the lead on day-to-day account management of some of the company’s largest and most complex client accounts, with a focus on their retirement needs.• Responsible for 28 plans with more than $4b in assets and over $1.5M in annual revenue.• Manage, analyze, and benchmark clients’ existing products and services for market competitiveness, strengths, deficiencies, and gaps.• Devise and implement differentiation strategies and improvement recommendations.• Offer training to clients on marketplace trends, including Fee and Plan Design Benchmarking.• Spearhead new strategies for Plan Sponsors to increase their competitiveness through differentiation of Plan design, processes, and/or services.• Author detailed client deliverables that support findings and recommendations.• Provide mentorship to support the career development of colleagues.• Analyze and prioritize client needs in a timely manner.• Recognize and help clients to focus on their most critical needs.• Plan and conduct investment/service reviews quarterly, including oversight of RFPs and recordkeeper transitions.• Build and maintain high levels of personal contact with clients to foster an appropriate relationship for future opportunities.
