About William Will Moore

Will has more than 25 years of experience in global operations and manufacturing management for one of the world’s largest publicly traded energy companies.As Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil Power and Gas Services Inc, Will directs power strategy to support ExxonMobil’s low carbon goals across its integrated global operations, encompassing Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions business divisions. He leads ExxonMobil’s Global Power Organization which identifies, assesses and develops power generation and procurement opportunities.Prior to this role, Will served as the Operations Manager at ExxonMobil’s Baton Rouge refinery. He directed the safe and reliable production of approximately 300 grades of fuels, lubricants and chemical feedstocks at the barrels per day facility.Will joined ExxonMobil in the United Kingdom in 1995, and early in his career completed a range of business and operations assignments in crude oil refining and chemical manufacturing, including large scale power generation and distribution. Will has experience in managing a development portfolio, building and commissioning new power generation and distribution projects, including effectively deploying new technology. Will held senior management roles in all three of ExxonMobil’s largest petrochemical complexes globally and ExxonMobil’s technology organization. He has a breadth of international experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.Will was born in Ireland. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from University College Cork, and has completed business leadership courses at London Business School and Thunderbird School of Management. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Charter Engineer with the Institute of Engineering Technology. He enjoys travelling, sailing and hiking.
