Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation. Drive and maintain the Company\'s global HSE reputation. Perform regular audits and monitor HSE performance to identify areas for Improvement. Ensure that all Safety & Environmental issues are managed fulfilling the requirements of all the regulations applicable by international standards (OSHA and EM 385, CFR 29) and National laws as appropriate. Ensures that PPE issued is in compliance with the OSHA- ANSI standards. Attend all Contractor Safety Meeting and correspond with Contractor on Safety related maters. Preparing (AHA & APP - JSA & HIP). To be responsible in advising project management on the proper implementation of the Health, Safety & Environment Program. To coordinate with the client\'s safety representative on matters necessary for the proper implementation of the LPP/HSE Program. Ensure all document i.e. Method Statement, inspection and Tests plan and inspection forms are approved and in place before the start of any activity. Monitored strict compliance of \"Permit to Work\" system at worksite & explain the importance of the same to the workers and Responsible for making Evacuation Plan Conduct emergency drills as prescribed by the manual and record the same Analysis & investigating of all Incidents with route cause & corrective actions.
