   Mr. Zenou is Founder, Chairman and President & CEO of our company. Previously, Mr. Zenou was the President and CEO of Lipman USA from January 1993 - October 2004. VeriFone acquired Lipman and all of its subsidiaries, including its Lipman USA subsidiary (“Lipman Group”) for $798 million in October 2005. In 2006 Mr. Zenou Engaged with Gemalto to be the exclusive representative of its Magic POS product line and subsequent to VeriFone acquisition of Gemalto, Mr. Zenou establish a long term partnership with the Taiwan based Castles Technologies Co. LTD for its Vega and Android products line. In all cases, with Lipman Nurit product line, Dejavoo’s Magic and Vega, Mr. Zenou grew an unknown product line to POS industry branded name, trusted and supported by many processors, ISO’s and ISV’s and millions of merchants in North America.As a Leader in the POS industry, Mr. Zenou commitment to high level of service, innovation, quick time to market and added value services makes its POS Products desirable, reliable and cost effective. In today’s market, differentiation is key to customer retention and profits and Dejavoo products are designed to deliver the highest level of sophistication with the most intuitive, customer friendly applications.Mr. Zenou served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and received two distinguished awards for excellence in the IDF prestigious schools of Sergeants and Officers and the Medal of Honor for his bravery and leadership in battle. Mr. Zenou graduated the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations; Mr. Zenou Also completed a nine-month course of French language and culture in the Sorbonne institute, Paris. He speaks English, French and Hebrew and lives NY with his wife Mira and their kids.
