1) Research and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness.(2) Dedupe checks such as Bureau checks validation, Amlock, internal dedupe validation, MCA site check and Google checks.(3) Customer discussion/unit visits (PD) loan amt from 50 lac to 3 Cr.(4) Sanction authority Rs 35 lac and approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.(5) Manage 4 branches Laxminagar, East Delhi, RDC, and Hapur with team size 7 Credit manager.(6) After Credit decision & before disbursement we have to check the complete file (KYC, Loan agreement kit, Repayment related docs, Rate, PF, Coding & other requirement as per Home & CIBIL Policy as per RBI Guidelines)(7) Co- ordination with Operation and Sale team solved out their queries.(8) Manage the collection portfolio with Zero delinquency with NPA.(9) Making CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) for all products with deviation and mitigates according to Policy criteria for credit approval.(10) Co- ordination with Operation, Collection and Field Investigation Agency and Risk Containment Unit agency solved out their which is related to loan.
