I am a HSE Advisor at Sercon Construction having over 18 years of international industrial exposure in HSE in various sectors, including power, engineering, cement, and construction. I hold a NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and I am an internal auditor for ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 7 ISO 90••••15. My core competencies include developing and implementing HSE management systems, conducting HSE trainings, worksite inspections and audits, participating in incident investigations, advising on HSE requirements and statutory compliance, conducting HSE meetings with Operational Leaders & Clients and maintaining sound HSE standards. I also have practical experience of coordinating national and international projects, and providing specialist HSE advice and assistance to rig supervisors. I am passionate about promoting visible and proactive HSE culture, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the workforce and the environment.
