Overall Responsibilities * Supports the JIRA Align Implementation and Adoption * Analyzes business requirements * Defines/documents requirements * Understands interdependencies * Addresses open issues/risks * Supports driving adoption of agile tools across multiple business units * Partners with enterprise teams and business units on defining and implementing solutions * Partners with enterprise standards, configurations, and tools * Leads the day-to-day processes that facilitate agile best practices * Produces vital data towards assisting the teams to meet leadership expectations by involving combined use of organization and tools * Works with business SME’s, systems analysts, offshore developers, tech leads, and architects to coordinate progress in our agile journey towards fostering adoption of tools and proper agile behaviors * Participates in the creation of agile transformation communications to senior leadership * Manages the BU Admin Confluence resources page with helpful updates and useful information
