Reservoir Engineer Digital Advisor Product Owner @Chevron

Lead subsurface digital initiatives and gain alignment across digital platforms including surface and wells. Develop subsurface digital product roadmap and strategic plan, aligning business objective with the global digital portfolio and optimizing subsurface portfolio across the value chain.\\\\n• Coordinate business requirement with global digital products and create alignment among interdisciplinary digital product roadmap in Thailand business unit.\\\\n• Assist new works model to support a recent organization structure with digital initiatives, technologies, and ensure alignment with digital roadmap.\\\\n• Serve as mentors and digital advisor for cross-functional disciplines (more than 30 people) across Chevron affiliates in multiple countries.\\\\n\\\\n• Serve as a Value Driver Coordinator (VDC) for system capacity, Assets Product Owner for subsurface digital initiatives, ECaaS Product Owner, and several other subsurface applications Business Owner.\\\\n• Assist other VDCs - resources inventory and production efficiency - on managing the metrics. Assist other business owners in subsurface/surface organization regarding the agile concept and way of work.\\\\n\\\\n• Build a collaborative and innovative team environment. Work through others by influencing cross-functional teams to generate and execute initiatives.\\\\n• Prioritize initiatives and assist resources management in both product development and sustainment for multi-disciplinary teams.\\\\n\\\\n• Lead the new reserves assurance methodology development and deployment in Thailand business unit. Lead the new workflow development for reserves process automation.\\\\n• Assist in technical peer review for reservoir management, data management, cyber security, and digital solutions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
