As the Lead Solutions Consultant at DocuSign for the Italian market, I focus on solution consulting for Italy\'s top enterprise companies, specifically those with revenues above 1 billion. Drawing from my experience at Pegasystems, where I worked with BPM & CRM solutions in sectors like financial services and insurance, I\'ve expanded my expertise to cover a wider range of industries in Italy. In this role, I: 1) Act as the main solution consultant, ensuring that DocuSign\'s solutions align with the unique goals of Italy\'s largest enterprises. 2) Design and present tailored product demonstrations to meet each company\'s specific needs. 3) Collaborate closely with strategic partners to optimize our service offerings and create unified strategies for client engagement. 4) Work closely with different teams, like sales and product management, to provide a consistent and valuable approach to our clients. 5) Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, positioning DocuSign as their go-to partner for eSignature and Agreement Cloud solutions. 6) Continuously update my knowledge on industry trends and technological advancements to serve our clients effectively.
