I am a partner at Osborne Partners. I founded and lead the firm\'s Asia and Middle East Practice. In my previous role, I was a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting\'s Economic Consulting and International Arbitration practice. I also founded and led that practice in India.My primary area of focus is the assessment of quantum and damages, and answering financial, economic, accounting and valuation questions in contentious and non-contentious matters. My range of experience includes shareholder and joint venture disputes, private equity disputes, intellectual property disputes and valuations, investment treaty disputes, M&A and post-acquisition disputes, lost profit claims, wasted costs calculations and competition/antitrust disputes and investigations.I have been appointed, and testified, as an expert in numerous disputes across various industries and concerning diverse issues in both domestic and international arbitration matters and in competition matters in India and globally, on claims ranging from less than USD 1 million to over USD 2 bilion.I am active in the wider community through my role in Young ICCA, MCIA, SCL, ICAI and CIArb. I also teach certain courses on damages and role of experts at various institutions.
