   Technology Lead with nCino/Salesforce (project budget of over $170MM, requiring over 150+ resources (FTE, nearshore/offshore contractors), 12 Agile Scrum Teams, to complete over 2 years, complex integrations, and new cloud and AI technologies) replacing the Credit LEAD Commercial Lending application. Currently setting up long-term nCino Steady State (staffing, Enhancements/Defects, DevOps, ongoing validations, and vulnerability management). System Owner with ultimate technical responsibility for over a dozen internal applications including Credit LEAD, General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Project Management, Oracle Time and Labor systems for the organization. Manage groups responsible for all Application Development and Releases for the Credit LEAD Commercial Lending Application. Lead a diverse and wide-ranging team of Software Engineers, Configuration Engineers, Oracle Application Developers, BAW/BPM Developers, and Test Engineers in these efforts, including hiring/firing, coaching, promotion/merit pay, and other personnel decisions related to teams. Liaison between Director of Application Engineering and Support and Development Teams for Application Development and Technical Project Management functions. Coordinate Tasks and Software Maintenance fixes/upgrades across the entire management group within the Channel and Delivery Solutions department. Ensure bi-weekly Software Deployments are properly scheduled, timely, and executed according to schedules and resources using a CI/CD framework (Azure DevOps, GIT, Liquibase, Xebia Labs Deploy/Release, Copado). Successfully completed helping move multiple technical teams from Waterfall methodologies to both Agile Scrum and Kanban approaches utilizing the SAFe Methodology and have SAFe 4.6/5.1/6.0 Agilist Certifications.
