My current areas of specialization are- Assisting clients with soil and water management and regulatory compliance/permitting- Phase/Stage 1 and 2 investigations- Detailed Site Investigations on projects with contamination- Design and implementation of remediation programs- Obtaining Certification Documents- Planning, remediation, and provincial and municipal environmental regulatory compliance- Linear infrastructure planning and permitting- Soil and (ground)water management planning- Protocol 19 soil and vapour characterization and notifications- Coordination, planning, and collaboration with financers, developers, governments, and a variety of contractors, on land development and infrastructure projects- Erosion sediment control (ESC) planning and environmental monitoring projects- BC Water Sustainability Act approvals. Much of our project work within the Keystone Environmental Contaminated Sites/Risk Assessment department is related to evaluation of sites and contaminated soil, sediment, water and/or vapour management within the regulatory frameworks. We assist clients to understand and manage the actual and potential environmental liabilities of their real estate assets and infrastructure projects through approaches suited to their business objectives. Many of our projects involve receipt of a Certification Document (formerly called Contaminated Sites Legal Instrument)(i.e. Release, Certificate of Compliance, Determination, etc.) for a subject property.http://keystoneenvironmental.ca/
