Founded the first vertical farming company that sells vertical hydroponic farms and offers a service to maintain it for residential buildings, office building, wellness centers, restaurants, schools, and food processors. Manage and oversee company projects and managers in each of our departments: Sales, Business Development & Farming. Wear many hats including but not limited to planning, implementing, and managing business development relationships for customers, vendors and suppliers, monetization of our products and services, sales, and marketing strategies. We assess the needs of our clients and provide excellent customer service as part of our company culture. We work directly with developers and non-profit organizations with the free planning and design of vertical hydroponic farms and gardens. Oversee the management of our multiple Farm Amenities service locations, and for fun jump in and roll up my sleeves on a weekly basis as an assistant grower to our Farm Amenity Manager.Created and manage a team for the product development of an AgTech software platform and a fully automated controlled environment home growing system for mushrooms.
