About Mont Stuart
During my career I have been involved in many aspects of the barley, malting and brewing industry notably research, malting operations and commercial sales to domestic and into Asian markets. I have provided technical and commercial assistance to the entire malting barley supply chain from barley breeding to barley cultivation, malting and into the brewery. Over the last decade I have managed the barley breeding and malting operations in North America for the Molson Coors group and more recently, overseen operations for the Australian malting plants of Boortmalt (formerly Cargill Malt). Prior to that I managed malt sales to a significant portfolio of brewing customers after a lengthy and successful period in barley and malting research.
