ABOUT MONISHA KAPILA

I partner with high-performing leaders and organizations to navigate change and accelerate impact. With 20+ years of experience spanning nonprofit, philanthropic, government, and corporate sectors, I bring a strategic yet human-centered approach to leadership development and organizational transformation.My career has spanned both for-profit and nonprofit organizations—including Andersen, Capital One, CARE, and Accion—giving me a unique perspective on how leaders drive results across different contexts. After founding and leading ProInspire for 15 years, I now focus on executive coaching and strategic advisory work, helping leaders and organizations align around shared vision and create clear pathways for sustainable change.At ProInspire, I led the organization\'s growth from 5 partner organizations to reaching more than leaders and 500 social impact organizations. Past clients include the James Irvine Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, LIFT, and Share Our Strength. I\'ve also served on five nonprofit boards and led strategic restructuring initiatives including mergers, sunsets, and spinoffs. I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School (Dean\'s Award recipient), a BBA from the University of Michigan, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
