   Own product vision/strategy for developer tools used by every engineer/~300 teams at Meta. I present to senior leadership,work with design, data science and engineering XFN to bring strategy to fruition and work on bringing core internal tools to an AI native future. Key projects I have led include— Developed a vision/strategy for accelerating automatic delegation of work to AI agents and worked with team to execute on vision — Enabled AI workflows for developers to manage their work including AI status reporting and a net new way for teams to track and manage their goals (surpassed goal for launch by 60% and reduced time spent reporting by 30%) — Delivering a first of its kind measurement framework for AI assisted code review (used to set team’s goal and led them to surpass it by 30%)
