Key member of a investment team managing high-impact projects sponsored by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank. I specialize in alternative investment funds (Category-I). Also, a skilled professional in financial analysis, consultancy services for DPR & DFR, market research analysis before every deal closure, deal sourcing to execution, which includes legal & financial due diligence, upholding ESG guidelines in our project and portfolio management, and networking with Indian venture capital firms. I concentrate on making strategic investments that drive social impact. We invest in social impact and affordable housing projects as part of the Tamil Nadu Shelter Fund (TNSF) investment team. We also work with SIPCOT and the Department of Social Welfare and Women Empowerment for Thozhi Hostels and TNIHPL for industrial housing projects.
