I am Monisha Koipuram, technophile with over 12+ years of insightful experience. Over these years, I have handled responsibilities in an array of functions viz. Software Design & Development, Scrum Management/Agile Methodology, DevOps, Requirement Gathering, Project/Program Management, Product Management, etc.In my present association with Amazon, I am shouldering responsibilities as DevOps Engineer II (SAFe Agile Scrum Master), with Traffic Engineering Team. Presently I am leading a team of Engineers and am responsible for deploying, managing, and fixing the tools, services, and components that the network engineers rely on to automate our network and keep it operational. My efforts are channelled towards managing and improving daily operations within Customer, Seller, IT, Sales and Investigation business in Service Delivery.CSM Certified, Scrum Master. As a part of academics, I have completed Bachelor of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science from Loyola College- Osmania University, Secunderabad, Telengana, India.My technical skills complemented by sound communication and user interaction abilities, sets me apart from others. My techno-managerial strengths in gathering clients’ requirements, conceptualizing cost-effective projects, drawing resource estimates, and securing client’s commitments has earned me recognition as a reliable professional.Committed, adaptable and hard-working individual, I strongly believe that planning and constant learning are key elements for success.
