Hotel booking done in BCG preferred hotel and routed through empaneled TMC partners only.Maintain cordial relationship with the preferred hotel partners and schedule calls and meeting to strengthen the association for mutual benefit.Connect with the hotels RM and ensure booking are done on BCG contracted rate even during peak season.Ensure BCG preferred Hotels are negotiated at the optimal rate through Annual RFP and period contacting. Conceptualize and Implement Innovative tech. solution to optimize spend, booking experience and determine policy and process compliance.Handle crisis on real time basis and manage it effectively. Track, Compile and Refine Data to create MIS and dashboard periodically.Share regular communication to stakeholders from process, policy, and best practices standpoint.Share best practice internally and implement the same within timelines.Should make it a point to review and recommend travel policies and procedures.Should be part of any Change management initiative or cost saving project.
