Designed and developed the new pump models and improved the structures of existing models using design simulation tools to achieve highest possible standards. • Created 3D models using surface modelling, parametric modelling and produced 2D drawing maintaining GD & T (GPS) • Performed structural and modal analysis of the pump components and assemblies to establish stress levels, deflections and natural frequencies. • Use methods such as DFMA, Rapid Prototyping to optimize product quality and reduce cycle time. • Perform design calculations per USA and international codes and specifications, such as Hydraulic Institute. • Worked with ISO 9001 Quality Standard and HI
