I am author of over 700 publications including evidence-based lifestyle change guide Healthy Habits for Your Heart, five years of original health and wellness contributions to the Harvard Health Blog, articles for Scientific American, Doximity OpMed, NEJM Knowledge+ Blog, and many more. I co-founded/ co-directed the MGH Healthy Lifestyle Program, a primary care initiative to develop, test, and implement healthy behavior change interventions.
