ABOUT MONIQUE HARDY

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, I partner with corporate leaders and employees as their HR partner. I manage and guide the resolution of various employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, fairness, and integrity. I also partner with managers on performance management, handle FMLA/STD/LTD and ADAA processes, onboard employees, and work on a variety of corporate initiatives. I have over eight years of HR experience in the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare fields, with a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent, creating and delivering trainings and orientations, streamlining and improving HR processes and systems, and conducting effective investigations and follow-ups. I hold a SHRM-CP certification and a BA in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication (Summa Cum Laude) from University of Central Florida. My long-term goal is to move into a higher leadership role in the HR field, where I can leverage my skills, expertise, and passion for cultivating talent and driving organizational success.
