Monique is an unconventional hypewoman who thrives by leveraging interpersonal skills to drive collaborative change. She has worked in North America, Africa and Europe with a focus on improving the human experience through partnerships and stakeholder development in the domains of governance, public health, education, entrepreneurship and the private sector. An award winning educator, Monique is passionate about spreading knowledge and ‘aha moments’. As the Purpose Programs Manager at Unilever, Monique leads relationship management for the expansive impact of the Dove Self-Esteem Project in Canada and the ever growing network of Black female entrepreneurs through SheaMoisture’s Dream Fund. Recently, Monique has also stepped in to the role of Dove Masterbrand Manager, where she works on end to end campaigns and crafts strategy inclusive of digital execution and engaging core communities. Monique is a Board Co-chair for Reset, an award-winning nonprofit that creates antidotes to our age of loneliness, disconnection and division. Monique is committed to a life that contributes towards a paradigm shift for the sake of love, connection, possibility and joy.
