Today, I am a global sourcing and operations manager with Disney and have eight years of experience as the hub of supply chain partnerships with everyone from merchandising teams to fulfillment centers to third-party vendors – with one common goal: providing the best customer and vendor experience. I value communication and collaboration and work across teams to meet project and company milestones. I enjoy innovation and pick up new programs quickly to help others become acclimated with new processes. Some key highlights from my career include:• Ten figure category sales reached by leveraging expertise in business case development, market analysis, and providing product direction; proven success in launching product and growth in a market segment.• Seven figures saved by managing purchase order (PO) changes globally to ensure profitability during the global pandemic; reached an agreement with vendors to hold products until stores reopened.• 33% improvement in vendor onboarding time realized by leading the global vendor set up for Disney Store North America and Disney Store Europe, including non-merchandise vendors as well as onboarding vendors for flexible business models.I love to read, so you will probably find me reading (up to about 50 books a year) outside of work.
