ABOUT MONIQUE CARADINE-KITCHENS
There are two things that have always grabbed my attention: 1. The art of language and 2. empowering peopleFrom dominating in the 3rd grade spelling bees to always excelling in English, I knew I would do some form of journalistic work that would allow me to pursue my love of storytelling.Studying Radio-TV at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, I quickly learned that I wanted to tell stories that inspired people.I also remember the feeling I had as a 10-year old, teaching the 5 year-old twins in my neighborhood how to tie their shoes. Knowing I had helped them reach a new level of independence by teaching them a lifelong skill was so satisfying. It was in that moment I got hooked on empowering people!Fast forward: I\'ve had the pleasure of working at places that have allowed me to produce, tell and amplify stories that inspire the masses. Now, with 20+ years of experience as a TV/Radio host, producer and consultant AND with 10+ years as a Certified Professional Coach, I am growing a company that allows me to play in all the spaces I love.Currently, OverFlow Enterprises is a small operation (a team of 3) that focuses on: 1. Content Creation - we produce two podcasts with a 3rd currently in development. I have a particular interest in helping women over 50 get into the podcasting space. These women have the stories and the wisdom to share but often DON\'T have the time or tech skills to figure out how to produce a quality podcast. Coaching and Professional Development for women leaders - I developed a 3 module coach certification program for women who wanted to add Coaching to their business model. Communications/Media Relations - Thanks to a long and multifaceted career, I have a deep and intuitive understanding of what it takes to get seen and heard in the media. Because of that, I am very passionate about using my expertise to help businesses and brands get publicity.What has me excited right now is the vast possibilities that exist in the content creation space-from audio podcasts, to video streaming, to live events and experiences that empower people-I see OverFlow Enterprises as a company that will do it all.
