I founded Changeflare.com with a firm belief in the importance of streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency. Our company aims to provide a comprehensive solution for experienced change managers as well as those new to the field, offering them the essential tools they need to succeed or supplement their existing toolkits.Having observed the challenges faced by professionals in the industry, I recognized the difficulty in acquiring sample communications and templates that are repeatedly used across projects. To save valuable time and avoid reinventing the wheel, I have personally developed over 40 templates for common change deliverables, including communications, change management plans, and pre and post-change readiness assessments. What sets these templates apart is that they are consistently measurable and are strategically categorized under three overarching themes: Prepared, Inclined, and Capable. Within these themes, we delve into specific tactical areas such as Vision, Change History, Urgency, Culture, and Communication, ensuring measurable outcomes.Our primary objective at Changeflare.com is to transform change management from a theoretical concept into a practical, actionable process. We strive to make it easier for individuals and organizations to navigate change by providing them with accessible and customizable tools. We understand that each situation is unique, and our tools are designed to be flexible and adaptable, treating change as an art rather than a rigid science.
