Hi there! My name is Monique Walker, and I am passionate about driving economic growth and fostering community development. With a B.A. in Global Studies and Political Science from Oklahoma State University, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how policy, economics, and culture intersect to shape communities both locally and globally.Currently, I serve as the Marketing Intelligence Strategist at ADG Blatt, where I focus on transforming data into actionable insights. By analyzing market trends, evaluating performance metrics, and identifying opportunities, I help guide marketing strategies that drive measurable results and support projects shaping the future of our city.Previously, I was the Manager of Partner Engagement & Special Projects at the Oklahoma City Innovation District, a non-profit dedicated to revitalizing Oklahoma City’s entrepreneurial landscape. In that role, I built and maintained partnerships, oversaw initiatives that connected education, workforce, and innovation, and worked to make the region more competitive and vibrant. I also began my career on the Economic Development team at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, where I leveraged data and research to support the growth of local businesses and relocation efforts. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams, creating strategies for economic success, and contributing to initiatives that make a lasting community impact. My experience spans economic development, workforce initiatives, and marketing intelligence—allowing me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective.I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about research, storytelling, and community and economic development.
