Hello! I am an award-winning experience design leader with 20+ years of experience in product and service design, leadership, and consulting. Whether it\'s pioneering net-new experiences or refining existing ones, I\'ve built and led teams to develop products and services that resonate with humans and create value for business – at scale.Love it or hate it, “design thinking” is the mindset that’s stuck with me from frog design through consulting and through leadership roles at Walmart, eBay and most recently National Grid where I’m helping to build a Human-Centered Design practice.
