Monique Stoner is a Business and Change Leader in the Healthcare Industry having 25+ years’ experience with Federal and State Government Health Programs, National Health Plans and Health Systems. She’s a former Deloitte and KPMG Healthcare Consulting Leader with extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Tricare and the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Programs. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led initiatives focused on Value-Based Care, Clinical Integration, Advanced Payment Models, Population Health, Quality Improvement, Organizational Strategy, Change Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Special Needs Programs (SNPs). While serving as a leader for 2 of the Big 4 Firms, she was recognized as an award-winning, Trusted Business Advisor in Healthcare and 4 other Industries. Her accomplishments include leading 58 business innovation projects for Wal-Mart, Anthem, Aetna, Kaiser, Disney, Virgin Hotels, Macy’s, Proctor & Gamble, the National Basketball Association (NBA), the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA), and the VF Corporation, just to name a few. Monique began her career as a Behavioral Health Therapist and still leverages that expertise through Executive Coaching and Training. Since the pandemic, she has utilized her skills to support individuals and organizations navigate change and build new competencies and capabilities for the future.
