As Assistant Director of Media, Public, and Community Relations at The Hartford Insurance Group, I lead the company’s national Adaptive Sports Program, enhancing access to adaptive equipment and experiences through storytelling, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.A proud native of Hartford, Connecticut, my journey began as a multi-sport athlete and evolved into roles as a coach, mentor, nonprofit board member, and founder of MSB Relations, LLC—a branding consultancy dedicated to uplifting mission-driven organizations.I’ve coached championship-winning teams, mentored future leaders, and championed women and girls of color in sports and business. I serve on the boards of the National African American Insurance Association (Greater Hartford Chapter) and the Wilson-Gray YMCA, and am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Omicron Omega Chapter.Recognitions include the 2025 Pomfret School Distinguished Alumna Award, the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, The Hartford’s Chairman Award, and 100 Women of Color.
