ABOUT MONIQUE MCLYMONT
Over 17 years of experience working in the HR arena in a variety of different operational roles. I started my full time professional career in HR, at the University of South Florida, as an HR Personnel Representative in 1998. I received an offer to join PwC within their HR Processing department in 2001, which dealt with all the employee transactions within the HRIS System. Within a year, I moved into the HR Resolutions team, which was responsible for unemployment claims processing, wages/salary and employment verification, resolving errors with SSA Administrations, service date adjustments, processing referral bonuses, and documents and procedures. In 2003, I switched gears a bit and was promoted to new role with the Learning Management Systems. This role supported the Learning & Development team via onsite support at major conferences, review and processing of cpe credits for learners, annual review and compliance process to ensure that our staff is in compliance with AICIPA requirements. I also worked closely with the E-learning team, in regards to user testing, processing credits, and generation of learner completion reports within learning system. In 2005, I was then promoted to Sr Associate within the team and supervised team of six. Eventually the call to venture into Recruiting kicked in and I then transferred to the Experienced Recruiting team in 2007, as an Associate/Coordinator. I have done full cycle recruiting, working onsite at job fairs, working on new hire offers, and coordination of interviews nationally. I transferred to the Carolina\'s Market in 2011, and provided recruiting support cross line of service for Internal Firm Services, Tax, Advisory and Assurance.I graduated with a Masters in Healthcare Administration, and worked for about five years in the healthcare industry, and have recently decided to return to the professional services arena. I am now looking forward to seeing how I can further grow my career and build upon my acquired knowledge and experiences.
