   Key member of CTS Xenon Electroporation System launch team; generating data highlighting the value propositions of the system, customer requested data, developing commercial and technical support training & provide on-going support of commercial team for sales activities and customer demonstrations to place 19 Xenons and greater than half of AOP. Spearheaded cross team and business unit collaborations to provide direct laboratory support to early access Xenon customers to gain key customer learnings which were implemented into product design. Resulting in nine instrument placements and over $2.7M in revenue. Technical customer engagement leveraging value propositions and scientific intuition to guide customers through new workflows with limited details provided to contribute to product sales by working closely with the FAS and BDM to troubleshoot and close a complex demo for the 1st non-beta testing Xenon customer. MGPP customer requirement generation and evaluation of competitor landscape & customer pain points in mechanical delivery platforms, CGT workflows, and lipid nanoparticles to properly position existing & future NPIs and products, future proof in flight NPIs, and propose new innovative technologies to fill market gaps & customer needs with technology road mapping. Drove product development by analyzing complex inputs & effectively communicating them to cross functional stakeholders to aid in making a timely decision with the data available.
