   CAC) is responsible for supporting ambulatory practices with the successful adoption of Brown and Toland’s suite of business/clinical electronic tools, specifically the Epic suite of products and other associated 3rd party tools. This support includes the entire health IT adoption lifecycle – system planning/deployment, training, go-live, optimization, and post go-live support. The CAC will help to perform workflow analysis and redesign, assist with change management, provide consultation on proven best practice workflows, conduct training, oversee system go-lives, and provide on-going support (including issue management and resolution)-Participates in the implementation of Brown & Toland practice technologies to successful conclusion, including assisting in the development of project plans, managing risks/issues, supporting change management, participating in testing (e.g, validating practice-specific data and test system configuration), managing communications amongst internal/external stakeholders, conducting training, supporting go-live, etc-Drives analysis of current business/clinical workflows and makes recommendations regarding the most effective, efficient use of system features and functionality both at initial system deployment and as part of post-deployment optimization efforts- Provides Brown & Toland practices with on-going system support, including serving as principal point-of-contact, managing issues, troubleshooting, etc.Serves as a subject-matter-expert on Brown & Toland’s suite of business/clinical electronic tools, including features/functionality, best practice workflows, etc- Supports organizational and departmental projects and initiatives, such as performing user testing as part of system upgrade/maintenance, evaluating the potential impact of new system features/enhancements, etc.All other duties as assigned.
