Monique Figueroa-Ebel, Director of Research and Operations Manager for AIR CRE, is a research specialist who has focused and expanded data outreach in the Los Angeles Metro Industrial and Office property and management markets. As part of her responsibilities in those areas, she oversees Southern California research for AIR CRE, an organization she’s been associated with since 2001.Monique launched her career in 1994 with CBRE (CB Commercial), performing Industrial, Office, and Retail Research and Analytics Coordination. She subsequently served for three years as Operations Manager for LA Metro data provider Smith Guide.In her key post at AIR CRE, Monique has successfully penetrated the Orange County and Inland Empire Markets, setting the region\'s research standard. During this time, she launched AIR CRE’s highly successful property data system for Southern California. Moreover, she runs research for the Southern California area, managing over 50 research employees.In her leisure, Monique enjoys cycling, strength training, stage makeup, and spending time with her three children, Joseph, Rosie, and Ethan. She and her husband, Eric Ebel, Business Development Officer for AmPac Business Capital, and their children reside in Orange.
