ABOUT MONINDER BHOGAL

As a biochemist/molecular cell biologist I have had an extensive career in basic science research. I have used a wide variety of molecular tools to understand the molecular basis of cardiac contractility in order to redress impaired contractility in heart disease. I have also worked on a variety of projects in other disciplines, including neuroscience, plant biology and smooth muscle gene expression. I have spent time in the field of clinical trial research, developing a good understanding of the regulatory environment, having received GCP training and co-ordinated both drug and non-drug trials.More recently in my role as product development scientist, I have extended Badrilla’s expertise in the field of protein post-translational modification by creating new products (kits) to measure lipid modification of proteins. Implementing manufacturing and QC processes aligned with the principles of GLP/ GMP. I have also delivered marketing campaigns to promote these products and continue to provide expert customer support.
