Drive use and adoption of Asset Dashboard in the region.• Collaborate with S & OP team for accurate demand planning of Assets to enable flawless service delivery.• Drive accuracy in system of record: timely eTRS transactions, monthly reconciliation of Asset Register and Equipment Master, ensure timely SAP asset movements.• Monthly PL Asset Reviews - outcome based, with documented decisions impacting Utilization improvement and efficiency gains. 100% Completion on time on Annual Asset Count• Depreciation Forecasting – Full ownership of monthly depreciation forecast:• Monthly reconciliation and report out on Depreciation cost line. • Identify and resolve out of period Dep Hits; Minimize OOP cost from Depreciation.• Support and Enable S&R and ODS 2023 Revenue (Consider the MRP numbers as per your PL)• Optimize Asset Utilization by achieving targets set per quarter by PL/region• Relocate Excess/Idle Assets for use to define strategy to manage and drive implementation. • Improve Assets in Repair - focus on DS PL; Target 5 percentage points improvements versus 2022 Exit baseline.• Works with Supply chain team to convert the demand plans into Supply’s.• Analyzes incoming demand by identifying order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.• Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.• Performs various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.• Monitor levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.• Conduct data audit and report items master data KPI\'s.• Mange inventory estimates.
